Privacy policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026.

aiunmagic.com needs no account. What you do on the pages (progress, challenges, settings) stays in your browser. The site only receives personal data when you send it through a form.

Data controller

Alex Darmon, the site’s publisher (see the legal notice). Contact: hello@aiunmagic.com

What you send us

The “For teams” form. Name, email, company, team size, message and the page’s language. Used to answer your workshop or project request, at your request (pre-contractual steps). Kept [To complete: duration, for example 3 years after our last exchange, as the CNIL recommends for prospects].

Sign-up for new concepts. Your email, the language and the page you signed up from. Used to tell you when a concept is out, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to hello@aiunmagic.com. Kept until you unsubscribe.

This data is never sold or shared. It goes through the host (Vercel), then arrives by email (Resend) or through an automation tool [To complete: the tool or tools chosen]. These providers may be outside the European Union; transfers then rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

Audience measurement

Plausible and Vercel Web Analytics count visits without cookies and without identifying visitors; Vercel Speed Insights measures page speed. Statistics are aggregated (page views, challenges solved, answers to “Did this make sense?”) and can’t be used to recognize you. No advertising or tracking cookies.

What stays in your browser

None of it is sent to the site; you can clear it from your browser’s settings. If you share your progress card, its link holds the list of concepts you unmagicked, nothing else.

No live AI

Model replies are recordings: nothing you do on the pages is sent to an AI model.

Your rights
